Being equally happy to deliver my cultural talks and cookery demonstrations to a packed auditorium, I was delighted to have the chance to appear in front of an audience of over 400 guests aboard Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 in 2017.
The warm and enthusiastic response I received for my Signature Taste of Asia demonstrations has led to repeat bookings on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, as well as Seabourn’s Sojourn, Ovation and Encore, in the last few years.
