The raw garlic is in full swing…. that can only be one thing: cold bugs are around!!
Growing up in Taiwan, nobody was ever that bothered about garlicky breath. (Well, if everybody stinks, nobody notices, right!?😄) Every time if there were cold bugs going around, raw garlic would be on the dining table very quickly!
My mum normally would steam a piece of fish or meat in the rice cooker (while the rice is cooking) & have crushed raw garlic in soy sauce as the dip– good, simple, hearty food!
I went for a VERY garlicky mooli salad, with a good measure of chilli to boot! Oooh it was good!!!
