The raw garlic is in full swing…. that can only be one thing: cold bugs are around!!

Growing up in Taiwan, nobody was ever that bothered about garlicky breath. (Well, if everybody stinks, nobody notices, right!??) Every time if there were cold bugs going around, raw garlic would be on the dining table very quickly!

My mum normally would steam a piece of fish or meat in the rice cooker (while the rice is cooking) & have crushed raw garlic in soy sauce as the dip– good, simple, hearty food!

I went for a VERY garlicky mooli salad, with a good measure of chilli to boot! Oooh it was good!!!
